I guess it's go big or go home. While staring at the menu board I observed that you can get a 1/4 of a burrito, I was thinking to myself is that for toddlers? So being a guy who doesn't shy away from a generous meal I opted for the full Carne Twister Burrito, smothered in green chili.

What ended up arriving at my table was essentially a meal for 4! But for $8 and change I wasn't to concerned that I could only eat a small portion of it. The pork was very delicious and had some real flavor to it. If you are looking for a quality meal at a bargain price I highly recommend this place.

This place is usually pretty good.  Fast and cheap.  I only order a few things from here as the portions are humungous!  Today I did not feel welcome.  Usually they always say "Welcome to Twisters" as soon as you enter the door, today crickets.  I had to wait at the empty register before being acknowledged by someone in the kitchen.  My order was ready, it was good and hot, but maybe they're having a bad day.  Management has changed and it could be affecting morale of the front-end.  The place was not nearly as busy as usual so I don't know if something happened, the cashier seemed perturbed to ring me up and didn't look at me the whole time.  It was very odd, but seems to be a gradual descent from previous experiences.  Hello Deli, not my favorite, always has someone that is quick and friendly at the pickup.  I think I will have to take a break from this Twisters for awhile.

I would give a 2 stars, but I am finding out more and more that their below par food is sold as something different. Take today for instance where I order one of their "made with real ice cream" shakes that is really softserve sold at a real ice cream price. All they do is mix it up from this disgusting looking plastic tub, and it is still clumpy at the bottom of the cup-disgusting. Their fries have no flavor, they substitute beans where refried beans belong, they pile on more and more slop to hide their inferior food product,  and I still haven't met another person in this office complex who thinks highly of twisters. Anytime I give twisters another shot, expecting a different result, they always drive down their stars to even lower ratings than Yelp can give! I'm done with this place forever!

So disappointed. Yesterday I went to Twisyers ahead of time, on Christmas Eve, to get my burrito for Christmas morning breakfast. I ordered a carne adovada breakfast burrito smothered with green chili, added garnish and sour cream. Imagine my surprise, when I woke up Christmas morning to eat my luscious breakfast burrito and it was not anywhere near a carne adovada breakfast burrito! In fact, it was a boring bean and potato burrito. No meat whatsoever. I usually get my burritos with no beans because I don't even like beans. Not smothered with green chili. No sour cream. Basically nothing of what I ordered. So thank you Twisters, for ruining Christmas breakfast for me. I really appreciate it.

With that said, of course it's not a tragedy. I still had food on Christmas morning so I'm thankful for that. I just think it stinks that you try and set up your holiday in a certain way with certain foods, and you end up not getting them and paying for more and not getting what you want.

I've seen other bad reviews of this restaurant, and although I've had good luck until now, I now understand why. Twisters needs some different employees who have an attention to detail and customer service skills. I'm not sure if I will go back at this point. Although I love their breakfast burritos it's not going to do me much good to patronize them if I don't get what I order.

The breakfast burritos here are pretty good. I eat here a lot because it's located pretty close to where I work. The side enchilada and side taco are cheap options to get and always good too.

Today I decided to change it up and order something new. Since it was cold today, I thought maybe the green chili stew would be a good idea. Do not get the green chile stew! It was disgusting! It was basically an enchilada with some whole beans scattered throughout it. Basically mush!! I would never come here for green chile stew ever again!
